i received a complimentary upgrade to a fantastic room i really liked the comfy bed that guaranteed restful nights i found the riverside restaurant superb plus it had convenient all-day service i had a very late lunch there the location was perfect for theatre visits and relaxing riverside walks
the absence of a fridge in the room was an inconvenience for storing drinks and snacks i found this quite surprising for a hotel of this standard and i hope they address this

I appreciated the central location (very convenient for exploring). The staff provided warm, friendly service. I found a nice welcome drink and some chocolates in my room. I also received fresh bottled water each day, which i found very helpful.

The location was convenient, a short walk from many attractions. I also appreciated the efficient and friendly service I experienced at reception. The staff quickly addressed all my needs. The room was very clean upon arrival. it was also thoroughly serviced each day.
