i received a complimentary upgrade to a fantastic room i really liked the comfy bed that guaranteed restful nights i found the riverside restaurant superb plus it had convenient all-day service i had a very late lunch there the location was perfect for theatre visits and relaxing riverside walks
the absence of a fridge in the room was an inconvenience for storing drinks and snacks i found this quite surprising for a hotel of this standard and i hope they address this
